4- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
4 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 c. evaporated milk
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 t. salt
1/2 c. fresh parsley, minced
2 pears, sliced
1 pkg. whole wheat crackers
In either a mixing bowl add the softened cream cheese and cheddar cheese. Beat on low speed until well combined. Add the evaporated milk, garlic and salt. Stir with a wooden spoon until ingredients are well incorporated.
Roll the mixture into a ball.
Spread the minced parsley out on a flat surface. Roll the cheese ball over the parsley, coating the outside of the entire ball.
Cover the cheese ball and refrigerate 15-30 minutes, before serving.
