Chocolate lovers will love this cake. It is filled with warm chocolate in the center that will delight everyone who eats it. It looks intimidating to make, but really is simple to make.

Ingredients

• 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1/2 c. butter, cubed
• 1 c. sugar
• 1 t. vanilla extract
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 2 egg yolks, beaten
• 5 T. flour
• 1 t. instant coffee mix
• 1/2 t. salt
• powdered sugar, garnish

Steps

1. Grease and then four, 6 oz. ramekins and preheat oven to 400º degrees.
2. In a heat-safe, glass bowl, double boil chocolate chips over a medium saucepan, filled 1-2-inches with water, over medium heat. Add butter and stir until almost smooth.
3. Take off heat and whisk in sugar, vanilla extract and instant coffee. Whisk until smooth.
