Make this quick and easy chicken salad for that next special luncheon or just for your own eveyday lunch.
10.5 oz. canned chicken, drained
1/2 c. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. grapes, cut in half
1 Granny Smith apple, cut in small bites with skin left on
1/2 wedge freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 c. sliced almonds, toasted
salt and pepper to taste
Mix ingredients together. Chill at least 4 hours.
Serve on dollar rolls, croissants or crackers.
