Slice carrots into circles and cut triangular dicots out of it for feet. Cut large, black olives in half for the body and wings. Roll cream cheese into balls for the white part of the body. Wrap 2 black "wings" around the cream cheese ball and put on top of 2 carrot feet. Take a large cocktail skewer or tootpick and put it through the center of the olive wrapped cream cheese ball and then take a smaller black olive and push it down the center to touch the body. This is the head. Cut little bits of carrots for the beak and attach. (It might be easier if you stuff the "beak" into the hole of the olive, so be sure to attach the "head" so that the olive hole is in the front of the face.)

If you want, you could wrap long pieces of pimento around the penguins neck for a winter scarf.
