Biscuit Breakfast Bake

Need a fast breakfast/brunch for your family or guests? Make this wonderully easy and delicious dish with your choice of breakfast meat, biscuits, onions, cheese, milk and eggs.

Ingredients

10 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1- 16 oz. refrigerated breakfast biscuits 10 count , uncooked
4 green onions
2 c. shredded extra sharp Cheddar cheese
6 slices bacon or 6 breakfast sausages, cooked and chopped or 1 c. cooked and diced ham

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a large baking 9x13 inch casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.

Mix eggs and milk in a large bowl. Cut each biscuit into four pieces and add it to the bowl. (Do this before cooking the bacon or cut up the scallions to give the biscuits some time to soak in the eggs.

Cut up green onions, shred the cheese, cook and break up the meat. Add everything to the bowl. Add only half the cheese. Use the remaining cheese for the top.

Mix/stir and pour the casserole dish.

Bake 30-40 minutes or until it isn't runny.

Tip: This casserole can be assembled the day/night before. Just mix it all up in the mixing bowl, cover it with plastic wrap. Refrigerate. When ready to bake, stir it up, pour into the prepared casserole dish and bake.
