Description

Bacon lovers will love this bacon cheese ball. It has cheeses, bacon and ranch dip all rolled up into one appetizing ball. Serve anytime, but it is especially good around the holidays.

Ingredients

• 2- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, at room temperature
• 1/2 c. shredded cheddar
• 1 c. cooked bacon crumbles, divided
• 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dip mix

Steps

1. Place cream cheese in a medium sized mixing bowl. Use mixer to mix until both blocks are combined. Add in Ranch dip mix and mix well. Blend in shredded cheddar and 1/2 c. bacon crumbles.
2. When mixed, use hands to form into a ball. Roll the ball into the remaining 1/2 cup bacon crumbles.
3. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
