These little treats are light and crispy and the perfect appetizer for any occasion. They are good enough alone or serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
1 lb. chicken wings, about 15-20
1 t. garlic powder
1 t. onion powder
2 t. cayenne pepper
3 -4 garlic cloves, minced
3 T. olive oil
1/2-1 t. salt
1 t. pepper
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
Combine all ingredients except the chicken in a large, resealable bag. Seal and shake to combine. Put chicken in the resealable bag, seal and shake to coat evenly.
Arrange chicken wings flat on a baking sheet.
Bake the wings for 1 hour, or until crispy and cooked through.
