Serve this warm, delicious appetizer dip for those football parties, tailgaiting, and get-togethers. Serve with chunks of bread, crackers, or in a bread bowl.
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper
- 1/2 c. Italian dressing
- 1 c. shredded provolone cheese
- 1- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. mayo
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 1/2 lb. cooked, sliced roast beef, chopped
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Steps
- Preheat an oven to 350 degrees. Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place onion, green pepper, and Italian dressing in a large skillet over medium heat then cook and stir until the onion has softened and turned translucent, about 5 minutes. Add Provolone, cream cheese, mayo, salt, and pepper; stir until cheese has melted. Remove from the heat and stir in the roast beef.
- Pour mixture into baking dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
