Serve this warm, delicious appetizer dip for those football parties, tailgaiting, and get-togethers. Serve with chunks of bread, crackers, or in a bread bowl.
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper
1/2 c. Italian dressing
1 c. shredded provolone cheese
1- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. mayo
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
1/2 lb. cooked, sliced roast beef, chopped
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat an oven to 350 degrees. Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Place onion, green pepper, and Italian dressing in a large skillet over medium heat then cook and stir until the onion has softened and turned translucent, about 5 minutes. Add Provolone, cream cheese, mayo, salt, and pepper; stir until cheese has melted. Remove from the heat and stir in the roast beef.
Pour mixture into baking dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake uncovered for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
