This fast meal is delicious and easy to make. It would be simple to double to feed more, if needed. It is a comforting and filling meal. Serve with a salad and crusty bread.
2 chicken breasts, diced
1 c. mushrooms, sliced
8 oz. cheese cream
1/2 c. whipped cream
pasta, your choice
1 t. crushed garlic
½ t. crushed chili
pepper, to taste
salt, to taste
In a large pan, place oil, cook garlic and chili until hot.
Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain.
Add diced chicken to the pan with the oil, garlic and chili and cook until brown. Add the mushrooms and heat until tender.
Mix in the cheese cream and whipped cream, let simmer for 5 minutes or until ingredients are all heated. Add salt and pepper for seasoning.
Add cooked and drained pasta into the pan and mix together. Heat till mixture is warm.
Serve.
