It's easy to roast corn in the oven and so much better than boiling in water. Use different seasonings to make to your own personal taste.
corn on the cob
Kosher salt
pepper
butter
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a small jellyroll pan with non-stick foil.
Remove husks and silks from corn.
Season corn on the cobs generously with kosher salt and pepper.
Add a pat of butter to the tops and roast for 35-45 minutes, or until starting to brown.
Turn the corn occasionally while cooking.
When finished, butter corn to taste. Serve.
