8 cleaned, deveined jumbo shrimp
3 T. olive oil
salt and pepper, to taste
cocktail sauce
lemons, for garnish

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Toss shrimp in a small bowl, with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place on a baking sheet. Bake 5 minutes.
Serve with cocktail sauce. Garnish with lemon slices.
