Description

This is yummy and easy to make. It calls for a golden syrup that can be found in specialty stores, health food stores or just make your own.

Ingredients

• 4oz. unsalted butter
• 8oz. plain chocolate, broken into pieces
• 2 T. Lyle's golden syrup (or light corn syrup and molasses in a 2 to 1 ratio)
• 4 oz. Whoppers, chocolate-flavor coated malted milk balls
• 4 oz. mixed milk and white chocolate chips
• 4 oz. mini marshmallows
• 8 oz. Ginger Snaps, broken into pieces
• 2 oz. nuts of your choice, optional

Steps

1. Line an 8 inch square cake pan with parchment paper.
2. In a small pan, heat butter, plain chocolate and golden syrup and stir together with a wooden spoon. Once melted together, let cool for 10 minutes.
3. In a large bowl, place the Whoppers, milk and white chocolate chips, mini- marshmallows, nuts, Ginger Snaps and mix together with the melted chocolate sauce.
