Make your own homemade coffee creamer with this wonderful recipe. This creamer lasts up to a week, so if you don't think that you will use it all in one week, cut the recipe down.
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 cups milk, regular, 2 % or skim
1 large vanilla bean, seeds scraped and removed, optional
2-3 T. vanilla extract
In a large bowl, add sweetened condensed milk, milk, vanilla bean seeds and vanilla. Whisk until completely combined.
Pour into a glass bottle, mason jar or whatever you want to store the creamer in. If using vanilla beans, you can add the emptied beans to the jars to infuse additional flavor. Store creamer in the refrigerator up to one week.
