If you love fried mushrooms, fried pickles or fried onions, then you will love these fried artichokes as well. They make a fantastic appetizer or side dish.
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 15 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
- 1 1/2 c. seasoned dry bread crumbs
- 3/4 c. flour
- 2 c. oil
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Steps
- Heat oil in a deep-fryer or heavy deep skillet to 350 degrees.
- In a small bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- Place seasoned bread crumbs in a separate bowl.
