There is no reason why you can't enjoy a dessert when dieting. Make these delicious brownies so that you can enjoy life with a yummy treat.
¾ c. non-fat Greek yogurt
¼ c. skim milk
½ c. cocoa powder
½ c. Old fashioned rolled oats
½ c. Truvia or any natural/stevia based sweetener that pours like sugar
1 egg
1 t. baking powder
1 pinch salt
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper with edges hanging over all of the sides (for lifting brownies out later) and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or a blender, and blend until smooth, for about 1 minute.
Pour into the baking dish and bake for about 15 minutes.
Cool completely before cutting into 9 large squares.
