1 lb. polish sausage or kielbasa, beef or turkey
1 can potatoes, partially drained
1 can sauerkraut, do not drain (canned tastes better than bagged)
Place kielbasa in a skillet and brown on all sides. Add undrained sauerkraut and partially drained potatoes. Cover.
Simmer for about 10 minutes or until thoroughly warmed.
