This is a great salad dressing, but it is also great on taco salad, tacos, lettuce wraps, or for dipping veggies or chips. It's rich in healthy fats and protein.
1 large avocado
2 t. fresh lemon or lime juice
1/2 c. Greek yogurt
1 t. hot sauce, optional
1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
2-3 garlic cloves, minced
3/4 t. salt
** add a little apple cider or white balsamic vinegar if you think that it is too thick.
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender.Process until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust seasonings, if necessary. Cover and refrigerate.
