Ingredients

• 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
• 3/4 c. granulated sugar
• 1/4 t. sea salt
• 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
• 2 large eggs
• 2 1/2 T. lemon zest
• 2 1/2 T. lemon juice
• lemon glaze:
• 5 T. lemon juice
• 9 t. lemon zest
• 1 c. icing sugar

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8×8 inch baking dish with butter; set aside.
2. Zest then juice two lemons; set aside.
3. In the bowl of an electric mixture fitted with the paddle attachment, beat flour, sugar, salt, and softened butter until combined.
