Description

No cake is easier than a dump cake. Just place (or dump) all ingredients in a dish and bake. That's it. You will get a fresh and juicy filling in a cake that is simply delicious.

Ingredients

• 1 lb. fresh rhubarb, chopped into 1/4 inch pieces
• 3/4 c. sugar
• 1- 3 oz. package Strawberry Flavored Gelatin
• 1 two layer sized white or yellow cake mix
• 1 c. water
• 1/3 c. butter, melted
• 3/4 c. thawed whipped topping
• ground cinnamon or ginger, for garnish-optional

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13x9 inch baking dish.
2. Place rhubarb in 13x9 inch baking dish.
3. Sprinkle with sugar, then the dry gelatin mix.
