Description
No cake is easier than a dump cake. Just place (or dump) all ingredients in a dish and bake. That's it. You will get a fresh and juicy filling in a cake that is simply delicious.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh rhubarb, chopped into 1/4 inch pieces
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1- 3 oz. package Strawberry Flavored Gelatin
- 1 two layer sized white or yellow cake mix
- 1 c. water
- 1/3 c. butter, melted
- 3/4 c. thawed whipped topping
- ground cinnamon or ginger, for garnish-optional
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13x9 inch baking dish.
- Place rhubarb in 13x9 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle with sugar, then the dry gelatin mix.
