These brownies bring back so many childhood memories. Even if you don't have memories of your own, you can make new ones with these Sno Ball Brownies.
1 family-size box brownies, prepared with ingredients listed according to directions
16 oz. container vanilla frosting
7 oz. jar marshmallow cream
2 1/2 - 3 c. sweetened flaked coconut
5-8 drops McCormick’s Neon Food Color and Egg Dye pink food coloring
Bake brownies according to box directions in a prepared 13x9 pan. Cool.
Add frosting to marshmallow cream in a bowl and mix well. Spread on top of brownies.
Pour coconut in a bowl then squeeze in 2 drops food coloring. Use a fork to toss coconut in the bowl until the food coloring is evenly distributed. Add more food coloring, 1-2 drops at a time, until coconut turns a bright pink.
Sprinkle coconut on top of the frosting.
Cut into squares. Serve.
Brownies can be stored at room temperature or in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
**Coconut can be colored according to holiday colors or your preference or they can be left white.
