Make this refreshing and simple dill pickle dip the next time that you have company. It is so easy and delicious too.
1½ c. kosher dill pickles, finely diced
8 oz. cream cheese, softened (reduced fat works)
1/2 t. garlic powder
¼ t. salt
freshly ground black pepper, to taste if desired
1/2 t. dried dill weed
2 - 4 T. pickle juice
In a medium bowl, combine diced pickles, cream cheese, garlic powder, dill weed and salt.
Gradually add the pickle juice until the mixture is dipping consistency. Add pepper, if desired.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Serve chilled with ay crusty bread, rye bread, crackers, potato chips, or vegetables.
