Pasta and vegetables mixed together have never been so good!
1/2 box of Acini di Pepe
2 large onions
1 bag of frozen baby peas
1 large can of crushed tomatoes
1/2 t. of crushed garlic or more to taste
Olive oil for browning onions and garlic
salt and pepper to taste
1. Cook Acini di Pepe according to pkg. directions.
2. Slice onions and add garlic to olive oil and brown.
3. Add crushed tomatoes to onions and garlic.
4. Simmer about 20-25 minutes.
5. Combine all ingredients and simmer about 10 minutes.
6. Serve with your favorite grated cheese on top.
