An easy, healthy way to enjoy your veggies.
Ingredients
- 1/4 to 1/2 head of your favorite lettuce
- 1/4 bag lettuce
- 1 1/2 onion, slice
- 1/2 carrot, shredded
- 1 can of 3 bean salad
- 3 radishes, sliced
- 1 large tomato or more, sliced
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup of light Italian dressing
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup of Catalina dressing
- 1 t. of sugar or honey, or more to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
Steps
- Toss all but the dressings together and refrigerate. Don't mix ingredients with the salad dressings until ready to serve. Can be served at room temperature or right from the refrigerator.
