Not much time to prepare a weeknight dinner? Make this delicious, easy chicken dish with peas, bacon, sour cream, cream of chicken soup and chicken breasts.
4 skinless chicken breasts
1 T. olive oil
3/4 c. bacon slices, chopped roughly
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 T. garlic, minced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. peas, frozen
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Heat a skillet and add the olive oil, bacon and garlic; cook for two minutes before adding the chicken breasts.
Brown the chicken breasts until golden on both sides but don’t cook through. Place the bacon and chicken onto a baking tray.
Mix together the sour cream and cream of chicken soup; pour over the top.
Bake 40 minutes. Add the peas 10 minutes before the end of cooking time.
Serve immediately.
