Not much time to prepare a weeknight dinner? Make this delicious, easy chicken dish with peas, bacon, sour cream, cream of chicken soup and chicken breasts.
Ingredients
- 4 skinless chicken breasts
- 1 T. olive oil
- 3/4 c. bacon slices, chopped roughly
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 T. garlic, minced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. peas, frozen
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Heat a skillet and add the olive oil, bacon and garlic; cook for two minutes before adding the chicken breasts.
- Brown the chicken breasts until golden on both sides but don’t cook through. Place the bacon and chicken onto a baking tray.
