Grilled Parmesan Cheese, Onions and Potatoes in Foil Packets

Ingredients
1 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
1/4 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/8- 1/4 t. red pepper flakes
1/2 t. paprika
1/4 t. salt
1/8 t. freshly ground black pepper
3 large baking potatoes, cut into 1/4 inch slices
1 large onion, thinly sliced
4 slices bacon, each cut into 4 pieces, optional
4 12×12-inch squares aluminum foil
non-stick cooking spray

Preheat grill on medium heat. Lightly oil the grate.
Stir mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic, red pepper flakes, paprika, salt, and pepper together in a large bowl. Add potatoes and onion and bacon, if using; stir to coat completely.
Spray non-stick cooking spray on each of the aluminum foil squares. Divide potato mixture between the four squares. Fold aluminum foil over potato mixture and crimp edges together to form a secure pouch.
Cook on the preheated grill until potatoes are tender, about 30 minutes. **These can also be made in your oven.
