Having a party or a crowd over for a meal? Serve these no fuss baked potatoes right from your slow cooker so they stay warm until dinner time.
4 baking potatoes
1 T. extra virgin olive oil
kosher salt, to taste
4 sheets aluminum foil
Scrub the potatoes to clean them.
Prick them with a fork several times; rub potatoes with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, and wrap tightly in foil.
Place them in a slow cooker, cover, and cook on HIGH 4 1/2 - 5 hours, or on LOW 7 1/2 - 8 hours or until tender.
Serve with sour cream and/or butter, or dress them up with bacon bits, cheddar cheese or green onions.
