1 ready made graham cracker pie crust
28 oz. sweetened condensed milk
3/4 c. freshly squeezed lemon juice
whipped topping
lemon slices, mint or maraschino cherries, for garnish
Pour the sweetened condensed milk into a mixing bowl, add in the lemon juice; stir.
Place mixture in the pie shell; refrigerate at least 2 hours. Spoon whipped topping on top of the pie and garnish with fresh lemon slices, mint or maraschino cherries, if desired.
