Description

Make a special cocktail that is reminiscent of vacation in Hawaii.

Ingredients

• 2 oz. Blue Chair Bay White Rum (coconut is great)
• ½ c. chilled fresh pineapple juice
• 10 oz. strawberries, leaves removed, then pureed and strained to remove seeds
• 2 T. extra fine sugar

Steps

1. Add up to 2 tablespoons sugar to pureed strawberries to sweeten to the taste. Mix all ingredients.
2. Garnish with strawberries, pineapple slices or both. Serve.
3. Makes 2 large cocktails.
