Hawaiian Sunset Cocktail
Description
Make a special cocktail that is reminiscent of vacation in Hawaii.
Ingredients
2 oz. Blue Chair Bay White Rum (coconut is great)
½ c. chilled fresh pineapple juice
10 oz. strawberries, leaves removed, then pureed and strained to remove seeds
2 T. extra fine sugar

Add up to 2 tablespoons sugar to pureed strawberries to sweeten to the taste. Mix all ingredients.
Garnish with strawberries, pineapple slices or both. Serve.
