This dessert is perfect for any holiday, or anytime you want to have a fantastic and simple dessert. Only two ingredients and just a few steps makes this a great recipe to make when you are stressed about what to make.
10 -12 oz. white chocolate chips or white canding coating
15 regular sized Oreos, plus 3 extra for topping
Line an 8×8 pan with parchment or wax paper for a 1 inch overhang on all four sides of the pan.
Place chocolate in a double boiler over low heat; stir continuously, until chocolate is completely melted.
Transfer chocolate to a heat-proof bowl; cool for 5 minutes.
Add chopped Oreos; stir to combine.
Pour mixture into pan; use a spatula to smooth the top.
Finely chop remaining Oreos and sprinkle on top.
Chill for about 10 minutes until chocolate becomes solid.
Lift out of pan by holding onto the parchment or waxed paper overhang.
Split/cut bark into irregular pieces or squares. Serve.
