Ingredients
- 1 T. onion flakes
- 2 t. ground thyme
- 1 t. dried parsley
- 1 t. ground allspice
- 1⁄4 t. ground cinnamon
- 1 t. ground black pepper
- 1⁄2 t. cayenne pepper
- 1 t. paprika
- 1⁄2 t. hot pepper flakes
- 1⁄4 t. ground cumin
- 1 T. garlic powder
- 2 t. salt
- 1⁄4 t. ground nutmeg
- 2 t. sugar
- 2 t. dried chives
Steps
- Mix together all ingredients. Store in a tightly closed glass jar and should keep for over a month.
- Typically use 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons of seasoning for each pound of meat.
