Is there anything better than caramel or Milky Way candy bars? The answer is yes, brownies with caramel and Milky Way candy bars!

Ingredients

• 2 sticks unsalted butter
• ½ lb. semisweet chocolate chips
• 3 oz. unsweetened chocolate
• 3 extra-large eggs
• ½ T. instant coffee powder
• 1 T. vanilla extract
• 1 c. + 2 T. sugar
• ½ c. + 2 T. all-purpose flour
• ½ T. baking powder
• ½ T. Kosher salt
• 12 oz. fun-sized Milky Ways, chopped
• Caramel:
• 1/3 c. heavy cream
• 14 oz. caramels, unwrapped

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9×9 inch pan with foil; spray with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Melt the butter, chocolate chips, and unsweetened chocolate on top of a double boiler. Cool slightly.
3. Stir together the eggs, instant coffee, vanilla and sugar.
