Feel like making cookies but don't want to turn on the oven? These four ingredients and 20 ingredients will get you delicious, light cookies for everyone to enjoy.

Ingredients

• 4 c. sugar cookies, crumbled
• 1 1/2 c. marshmallow creme
• 1/2 t. pure lemon extract
• 12 oz. white chocolate, chopped
• colored sprinkles or coarse sugar, for garnish, optional

Steps

1. Mix crumbled cookies, marshmallow creme and lemon extract in large bowl until well blended. Shape mixture into 1 inch balls. Set aside.
2. Melt the white chocolate as directed on package. Using a fork, dip 1 cookie truffle at a time into the chocolate. Tap back of fork 2 to 3 times against edge of the dish to allow excess chocolate to drip off. Place on wax paper-lined tray.
3. If desired, garnish with colored sprinkles or coarse sugar.
