Make your own homemade mustard in a matter of minutes. It's healthier for you and good too!
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. ground mustard
- 1/4 c. white wine vinegar
- 1/4 c. water
- 3 T. maple syrup
- 1/4 t. kosher salt
Steps
- In a medium saucepan, whisk all ingredients. Simmer over medium heat, whisking, until thickened, 3 - 5 minutes. Cool.
- Store in an airtight container, chilled, for up to 1 month, or freeze.
