Your favorite sweets-chocolate, brown sugar, granulated sugar along with pecans, and oatmeal make this a tasty dessert. Serve warm with ice cream and chocolate sauce.
1/2 c. unsalted butter, softened
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 t. vanilla extract
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 t. baking soda
1/4 t. salt
1/2 t. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. quick oats
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 inch pie pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Cream butter and sugars in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment.
Beat in egg and vanilla; mix in baking soda and salt; slowly beat in flour; mix in oats; stir in chocolate chips and pecans.
Press cookie dough into the prepared pan. Bake about 20-24 minutes, until the top is golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool at least 20 minutes before serving. Best served a little warm with ice cream and chocolate sauce drizzled on top!
