Description

Your favorite sweets-chocolate, brown sugar, granulated sugar along with pecans, and oatmeal make this a tasty dessert. Serve warm with ice cream and chocolate sauce.

Ingredients

• 1/2 c. unsalted butter, softened
• 1/2 c. brown sugar
• 1/4 c. sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 t. vanilla extract
• 1 c. all-purpose flour
• 1/2 t. baking soda
• 1/4 t. salt
• 1/2 t. cinnamon
• 1 1/2 c. quick oats
• 1/2 c. chopped pecans
• 1/2 c. chocolate chips

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 inch pie pan with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Cream butter and sugars in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment.
3. Beat in egg and vanilla; mix in baking soda and salt; slowly beat in flour; mix in oats; stir in chocolate chips and pecans.
