Make this super easy and delicious chicken and serve with egg noodles or rice on the side.
1 t. garlic powder
1 t. dried basil
1⁄2 t. salt
1⁄4 t. pepper
2 t. instant minced onion
5 garlic cloves, minced
1 T. extra virgin olive oil
1⁄2 c. balsamic vinegar
8 boneless skinless chicken thighs, breasts or 24 oz. boneless skinless chicken thighs
chopped fresh parsley
Line the crock of a slow-cooker with a crockpot liner for easy clean up.
Wash chicken and pat dry with paper towels.
Combine first 5 dry spices in a small bowl; spread over chicken pieces on both sides. Set aside.
Pour olive oil and garlic in the bottom of the crock pot liner. Place chicken on top. Pour balsamic vinegar over the chicken.
Cover; cook on High for 4 hours.
Serve with chopped fresh parsley, for garnish.
