This summer salad is quick to make, easy and so fresh and delicious.
2 c. fresh baby spinach or spring mix
6 fresh strawberries, sliced
10 fresh blackberries
2 T. sugared pecans, from your local grocery
bottled creamy poppyseed salad dressing, or make your own
Wash and drain spinach and berries. Hull the strawberries.
Layer spinach and berries into a bowl. Srinkle with sugared pecans. Drizzle with dressing; toss to coat.
Serve immediately.
