Peanut butter lovers will love this cake. There is peanut butter in the cake itself, along with sugar, brown sugar, and buttermilk, and then there is peanut butter in the frosting as well.

Ingredients

• cake:
• 1/4 c. creamy peanut butter
• 1 c. water
• 1/2 c. butter
• 1 c. sugar
• 1 c. brown sugar
• 2 c. flour
• 1 t. salt
• 1 t. baking soda
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 c. buttermilk
• 1 t. vanilla
• frosting:
• 3/4 c. butter
• 6 T. c. peanut butter
• 3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
• 1 T. vanilla

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease or line a 12x17 inch cookie sheet/jellyroll pan that has sides with parchment paper.
