Make this yummy dessert in a jiffy with just 5 ingredients and a little bit of time.
1 c. butter, melted
1 c. almond butter
1 c. graham cracker crumbs (from 8 full crackers, or use store bought crumbs)
16 oz. package powdered sugar
12 oz. bag Nestle white chocolate chips
In the bowl of a food processor, put the crumbs, sugar and almond butter; pour in the melted butter; process until smooth.
Spread this out in a 9x13 pan that has been lined with parchement or waxed paper.
Melt the white chocolate; spread it over the first layer, working quickly because the white chocolate starts to set up very quickly.
Set aside for an hour before cutting it into squares.
