This cobbler can be made in no time at all using ingredients that you probably already have on hand in your pantry. Top with ice cream and chocolate sauce to up the yumminess factor!
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. chocolate chips or semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. brown sugar, packed
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla
1 c. flour
¼ c. cocoa
½ t. salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a saucepan on low heat, melt butter and chocolate chips together, stirring until smooth, about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat; add brown sugar.
In a mixing bowl, beat eggs and vanilla together; add chocolate mixture. Add flour, cocoa and salt. Mix well.
Grease or spray oven safe dishes, like small creme brûlée dishes, with non-stick cooking spray. Pour in the batter and sprinkle with brown sugar.
Bake 12-15 minutes based on dish size, being careful not to overbake, but leaving a slightly gooey center.
Top with ice cream and drizzle with chocolate sauce, if desired.
