You can have this delicious treat ready to enjoy in about 50 minutes. It only takes 2 ingredients, a little time and hunger for a great dessert!
1 roll cookie dough
1/2 gallon chocolate chip ice cream (or your favorite flavor)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Remove cookie dough from wrapping; break off 1/4 of the dough and dice it for topping; set aside.
Take remaining cookie dough and press into a pan of your choice. Bake about 20 minutes (or until golden and baked through). Remove from oven and set out to cool to room temperature.
Place the ice cream out on the counter while the crust is cooling so that the ice cream can soften.
Once cookie dough has cooled, scoop the ice cream onto the crust and smooth out.
Sprinkle the reserved cookie dough pieces on top. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the freezer.
When frozen, remove to cut and enjoy!
