No time to make an apple pie? Well, you do have time to make these apple pie cookies! In around 45 minutes, you will have a combination apple pie/cookie to make your family love you even more!

Ingredients

• 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
• 1 jar caramel sauce
• 1 can apple pie filling
• 1 egg, lightly beaten
• 3 T. cinnamon sugar
• 2 t. flour, for sprinkling

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Sprinkle a little flour on a clean work surface; roll out the dough just a little bit to slightly increase the surface area so that it isn't too thin.
3. Spread a very thin layer of caramel sauce over the crust.
