Description
This great appetizer is wonderful to serve or take for a large crowd. Use corn chips for dipping.
Ingredients
- 16 oz. cream cheese
- 2 big spoonfuls sour cream
- 2 pkgs. taco seasoning
- shredded lettuce
- green onion, chopped/sliced
- chopped black olives, drained
- chopped green pepper, optional
- chopped tomatoes
- 4 c. shredded Mexican Cheese
- corn chip dippers
Steps
- Beat cream cheese and sour cream together until smooth; add taco seasoning.
- Spread in large glass dish or a 9x13 inch disposable aluminum pan, if taking to a gathering. Top with lettuce, green onion , tomatoes and black olives. Top with cheddar cheese.
- Refrigerate.
