Description

This dessert is beautiful and festive. It's really easy to make and will brighten up any meal.

Ingredients

• 2 c. Oreo cookie crumbs
• 1/4 c. butter, melted
• 2 T. sprinkles
• cheesecake:
• 24 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 1 t. vanilla
• 1/2 c. strawberry Nesquik powder mix or similar strawberry powder mix
• 1 T. milk
• 8 oz. container whipped topping or homemade whipped cream
• additional whipped topping, for topping
• sprinkles, for garnish

Steps

1. Combine cookie crumbs, melted butter and sprinkles. Press into the bottom and halfway up the sides of a 9 inch springform pan. Place in refrigerator till firm.
2. Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, strawberry mix and milk together in a large bowl until smooth and well combined. Gently stir in whipped topping. Pour filling into crust and smooth.
3. Refrigerate about 5 hours or until firm.
