Ingredients

• 18 crushed graham crackers (about 2 1/2 c.) plus extra for garnish
• 1/2 c. butter, melted
• 1/2 c. butter, softened
• 2 c. powdered sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 t. vanilla
• 14 oz. pineapple, crushed
• 2 c. heavy whipping cream
• maraschino cherries, optional

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. Crush graham crackers; add melted butter. Press mixture into an 8×8 inch baking pan.
3. Bake 10 minutes; cool.
