Jack Daniel's Fudge
Description
Holiday times are just around the corner. This is a great adult treat for special parties. Be sure to label these as ADULT ONLY if you have children at the gathering.
Ingredients
12 oz. package semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 c. Jack Daniel's whiskey (Blackjack)
2 boxes powdered sugar
1 c. chopped nuts, if desired

Melt chocolate chips in the microwave or double boiler, stirring often.
When chocolate is melted (and still kept separate), mix the Jack Daniel's with the powdered sugar in a large bowl.
Add the melted chocolate; stir; add the chopped nuts, if using.
Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan and with plastic wrap over it, spread evenly into the pan (it sets quickly). Then remove plastic wrap.
Cool 2-5 minutes until set enough to cut (do not wait until it is completely cool, or it will crumble. Refrigerate.
Cut into about 20 pieces. Place on a serving dish. Serve.
