Description

This wonderfully delicious cake is heavenly, even if you make it with a Devil's Food cake mix! It is filled with the yummy goodness of melted marshmallows, coconut and chocolate.

Ingredients

• 1 chocolate or Devil's Food cake mix
• 1/2 c. melted butter
• 24 large marshmallows
• 1 - 12 oz package coconut
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1 cup milk
• Chocolate Topping:
• 18 oz. chocolate chips (1 1/2 cups)
• 1 1/2 sticks butter (3/4 cup)

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease a 15 x 20 inch pan.
2. Mix together chocolate cake mix and butter. Spread in the greased pan. Bake 15-20 minutes.
3. Mix and heat marshmallows, coconut, sugar and milk together in a saucepan over medium heat until smooth. Spread mixture over the cooled cake. Allow it to soak in.
