Description
This wonderfully delicious cake is heavenly, even if you make it with a Devil's Food cake mix! It is filled with the yummy goodness of melted marshmallows, coconut and chocolate.
Ingredients
1 chocolate or Devil's Food cake mix
1/2 c. melted butter
24 large marshmallows
1 - 12 oz package coconut
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup milk
Chocolate Topping:
18 oz. chocolate chips (1 1/2 cups)
1 1/2 sticks butter (3/4 cup)

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease a 15 x 20 inch pan.
Mix together chocolate cake mix and butter. Spread in the greased pan. Bake 15-20 minutes.
Mix and heat marshmallows, coconut, sugar and milk together in a saucepan over medium heat until smooth. Spread mixture over the cooled cake. Allow it to soak in.
Topping:
Mix ingredients together in saucepan over medium heat until chocolate is melted. Spoon chocolate topping over coconut layer.
Refrigerate.
