Description

This is definitely an adult dessert. Serve it for your next special dinner or get together. It is not only beautiful, but delicious as well.

Ingredients

• cheesecake layer:
• 16 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
• 1/4 c. sugar
• 1/4 c. cocoa
• 4 T. Baileys Irish Cream
• whipped cream and cookies:
• 1 c. heavy whipping cream, cold
• 2 T. Baileys Irish Cream
• 1 1/2 T. cocoa
• 3 T. powdered sugar
• 15 Oreo cookies, crushed

Steps

1. Beat cream cheese, sugar and cocoa together in a bowl until smooth.
2. Add Baileys; mix; set aside.
3. In another bowl, whip heavy whipping cream until it starts to thicken. Add Baileys, cocoa and powdered sugar; continue to whip until stiff peaks form.
