This yummy cheesecake can be ready in just five minutes. Just mix the first four ingredients together and then pour it into a store bought graham cracker crust.
14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
8 oz. sweetened whipped cream
1/3 c. lemon or lime juice
8 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature for several hours to soften

Be sure cream cheese does not leave lumps, so test the texture to see if the cream cheese will spread easily with a spatula.
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except lemon/lime juice. Using a hand mixer, blend on low speed for about two minutes.
Add lemon/lime juice last because the citrus will begin to harden the mixture almost immediately.
Pour mixture into the graham cracker crust.
Refrigerate 1 1/2 hours. Serve chilled.
