No-Bake Peanut Butter Cookie Lasagna

Description

No-bake desserts are great. They save time and energy, including your own energy! This layered dessert combines all of the great sweet tastes that people love, like peanut butter, whipped cream, vanilla pudding and Peanut Butter cups. Mmmmmm.

Ingredients

1 box Nutter Butter Cookies
Cool Whip or fresh whipped cream
1 bag Mini- Peanut Butter Cups, chopped, divided
½ c. peanut butter, melted in microwave
1 box instant or regular vanilla or French vanilla pudding, prepared according to package (milk will be needed)

Prepare the vanilla pudding according to the package directions.

Line the bottom of an 8 × 8 inch pan with Nutter Butter Cookies.

Drizzle with some of the melted peanut butter.

Add ½ the prepared pudding.

Add half of the Cool Whip. (use a pastry bag to make it pretty or spread it if preferred)

Top with chopped peanut butter cups.

Repeat the layers.

Decorate the top with crushed Nutter Butter cookies, Peanut Butter Cups and a drizzle more of the melted peanut butter.

**Chocolate syrup would be an added treat for garnish, if you wish.

Chilled overnight so the cookies to soften.
